Coverage: 220 active published awards; 199 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The successful contract holder will also contribute towards new template agreements that will sit behind the new application form categories. By the end of the process improvements, the contract holder will be able to join the existing Permissions Projects into a network of community groups, support new projects to complete their application form, educate them on UK Woodland Assurance Standard (UKWAS) and work with UKWAS to define the UKWAS requirements for Permissions Projects. The work will be a collaboration between the contract holder, the All Wales Permissions Team, the Land Management Teams and the projects themselves
