Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 17 active published awards; 11 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Museum requires a specialist contractor to clean and reline the water tanks to mitigate against debris/ rust/ scale build up in the tanks, reduce legionella risk and reduce risk of leaks and impact on Museum operations. The specialist contractor is also required to replace the existing aged pipework with new mild steel pipework that mitigates against scale build up in pipework. These works should also improve flow/efficiency of the cold water services distribution system and avoid water leaks via increased robustness of pipework materials and fittings. Due to the nature and location of the tanks, site visits are mandatory - bidders will be excluded from the tender if they do not visit site. Site Visits can be made by prior arrangement with NHM. Tenderers should contact the NHM via Message Centre function on the Portal to arrange a site visit. Tenderers will be limited to a maximum of 2 [two] individuals for the site visit for Health and Safety reasons. An NDA will also be required to be completed before access to the tender documents can be granted. This can be downloaded and completed here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/739784A6W4
