        "description": "Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council are seeking to develop its first Land Based Solar Farm to be located on a 'terraced' former colliery site above Coed Ely in Tonyrefail.  The site is in Coed Ely which is located in Rhondda Cynon Taf.\nThe scheme is majority grid connected at 33kV with a loop in connection to an underground circuit, adjacent to the DNO substation.  The eastern parcel is stand-alone 11kV private wire connected, to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital 3.2km from site.\nThe design is an east-west orientation due to the nature of the site topography.\nThe purpose of this exercise is guage the interest in this project to shape the future procurement strategy and to inform suppliers that the Council will be bringing the project to the market later this year, anticipated in Q4 2023.\nPotential Suppliers who are interested in this opportunity are invited to\ndownload the Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire via the www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk and complete\nno later than 10am on 19th October 2023.\nTHIS IS NOT A CALL FOR TENDERS (ITT) OR A PRE-QUALIFICATION (PQQ) EXERCISE.
