What is being bought
The Advocacy Project wishes to provide external clinical supervision for employees that
work in challenging environments, this will predominately be advocates but could include
staff in other roles within the organisation for Lot 2. In line with best practice and good
governance, we are inviting appropriately qualified professionals (or organisations) to bid
for this work.
There are two lots:
Lot 1: Provision of clinical supervision to the advocacy team at Broadmoor Hospital
Lot 2: Provision of clinical supervision to the staff teams in London
Suppliers can bid for one or both of these lots.

The sessions should alternate between West and East London each month or where demand requires offer one in each location each month. In addition to providing costs for delivery of the group supervision, please also specify the hourly rate for addition 1:1 supervision should there be an occasional requirement to do that.
