Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 3 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Digital Health and Care Wales have responsibility for the administration of an agreement with the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) which enables all staff employed by NHS Wales, hospice workers, health and care students and social care workers, to legally make copies of various NHS Wales owned material from both the NHS Wales e-Library and physical library services. The Licence allows users to freely photocopy, scan and print from digital books, printed books, magazines, journals and websites, without having the need to ask for permission from copyright owners each time. The requirement for the Copyright Licensing Agency Licence Plus is driven by UK legislation, in which it is a legal requirement for any kind of library service to have to ensure users are not infringing copyright.
