Churchway Estate Retrofit Potential and Feasibility Study

The contract comprises the appointment of an architect-led multidisciplinary consultant team to prepare a retrofit potential and feasibility study, with an associated business case for the regeneration of Churchway Estate. The commission includes reviewing the potential for innovative, high-quality retrofit solutions for the estate, while also exploring opportunities to deliver much-needed new homes that reflect local needs and enhance the estate's unique character. The team will develop and evaluate a range of design options, undertaking feasibility and capacity testing and business case development to inform and support the future housing-led regeneration of the estate.
