Children's Residential Care Consortia Commissioning Framework

Southampton City Council is leading on the procurement for a Consortia approach to Childrens Residential Care, the current framework expires on the 30th September 2024. The local authorities that form the Consortia (which could be subject to change) are: Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council Bracknell Forest Council Brighton and Hove City Council Bristol City Council East Sussex County Council Hampshire County Council Isle of Wight Council Kingston Council Medway Council Milton Keynes Council Oxfordshire County Council Portsmouth City Council Reading Borough Council Richmond Council Slough Childrens Services Trust Southampton City Council Surrey County Council West Berkshire County Council West Sussex County Council Windsor and Maidenhead Council Wokingham Borough Council Southampton City Council is hosting an event to discuss the procurement and welcome current or new providers to this event. The event will be held on 15th February 9 am to 1 pm, at a venue just off the M27 in Southampton, there is free parking on site. Details of the timeline for the procurement will be discussed at the event along with other commissioning plans, the plan is to invite tenders in the forthcoming Spring.
