What is being bought
Cardiff Council, the Vale of Glamorgan Council, and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are seeking the views of providers on their ambition to deliver a Registered Children’s Home and Outreach Team. The service will support children: -Who are experiencing past and current high levels of emotional distress. -Have harmed themselves. -Are at risk of or have attempted to end their lives. Some children will enter the service at the point of discharge from hospital. The service will: -Provide a Registered Children’s Home. -Support children through the outreach function to maintain or return to their previous family home, kinship placement, foster placement, children’s home, or transfer to a new placement. Date: 10:00 - 12:00 16 March 2023. Venue: Committee Room 3, County Hall, Cardiff, CF10 4UW
