- Allow 2m Lifts, table lifts and roofers adaptions
- Allow for stairwell scaffold to all floors with allowance for adaptions and half landings
- Allow for 1 Haki Staircases
- Allow for 3 Loading Bays
- 5 Boards outer and 3 boards inner to allow for a board to be removed for brickwork adaptions
- Weekly Scaffold Inspections will be required
- Signage
- Contractor responsible for all scaffold designs
- Truss Rack to be included
- Brackets to be included
- Allow for tying scaffold into the Timber Frame
- FR debris netting to road side elevations required
