What is being bought

Standardising and streamlining the experience to the end user is of upmost importance and bidders will be asked to demonstrate how this can be achieved. The purpose of this PIN is to gauge interest in the market to help decide on the the best route to market. Additional information: Should the council decide to go ahead with the full tender a further contact notice will be issued on Sell2Wales otherwise a mini competition will be ran through either CCS VCIS or ESPO framework.
