Cellular Pathology at both sites provides a comprehensive diagnostic service to internal users, as well as a variety of external users such as GP’s, none UHB hospitals and some private organisations. The Department processes approximately 100,000 requests a year, the results of which are used for diagnostic and monitoring purposes and in conjunction with other clinical information to direct treatment. Suppliers who are able to offer services relevant to this requirement are invited to express an interest and attend a presentation day. Further details on how to do this are contained within the additional information section of this notice. This exercise is intended to provide potential bidders with the opportunity to review the Authority's Briefing Document and to provide information regarding the services they can offer that could meet these outline requirements.
