Contractors must be able to demonstrate they have the technical ability to undertake the types of works required under the contract in accordance with the Service Information, and that they can demonstrate competence to carry out the works in compliance with health & safety legislation, including dutyholder roles under the Construction (Design & Management) and Building Safety Acts.

Lot awarding rule: The tender will be assessed 50% on price and 50% on quality. The quality criteria will assess method statements covering the following areas: • Preventative & Reactive Maintenance Service Delivery • Reporting & Performance Monitoring • Network Management, Technical Support, & System Upgrades • Customer Care • Social Value
