What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionA new car park management provider to support Travel, Transport and Parking Services to manage the university car parks. This management needs to include the use
of ANPR and foot patrol officers to manage the compliance of parking at the university.
The new provider will be required to use existing signage and ANPR cameras that are owned by the university although it is acknowledged that the signage will need to be
updated.
A permit management system to manage parking for university staff, students, contractors
and visitors is required.
All customer facing services (including signage) where possible needs to be provided in both Welsh and English.

- How the procedure runs: Conditions of participation to down select to the top 5 ranked bidders. On receipt of completed Conditions of Participation, the University will assess Conditions of Participation responses and will limit the number of Bidders that are invited to the Award stage to the top Five ranked Bidders from the Conditions of Participation (provided that they have not been excluded pursuant to other provisions of this Conditions of Participation). Following evaluation of the Conditions of participation, the ITT will be issued to down selected bidders. The ITT will combine, Quality, site visits, presentations and Price.

Once registered please complete the registration form and return via the correspondence function within the system. Places are limited to 2 people per supplier.
Suppliers will be limited to 2 attendees. The deadline for registering attendance at the event is 12 Noon, 21st January 2026 – Teams invitations will be issued once this deadline has passed. The University reserves the right to reject an application to attend sent after this time.
All presentation documentation, questions and answers will be published against the opportunity on the Portal following the engagement meetings.
