What is being bought
Cadent is seeking information on solutions to support its Occupational Health function, including case management, confidential clinical records, appointment scheduling, and workflow management.
The current system has been in place for five years and relies heavily on manual processes and workarounds. Suppliers are therefore invited to describe their organisation's capabilities and approach to addressing these challenges.

Confidential record keeping and report sharing rely on manual controls and processes
Auditability and compliance are more difficult to demonstrate due to reliance on manual processes
Data quality risks exist due to manual handling, and generating insights requires additional manipulation

System Overview and Core Functionality Provide a high-level overview of your Occupational Health system, including how it supports: Case management and workflow Clinical record management Appointment booking and diary management Self-service capability for employees and managers User interface capability, including interaction between Occupational Health, employees and managers, and any external access arrangements (Maximum one page) 2. Workflow, Configuration and Usability Describe how your solution supports: Configurable workflows, templates and assessments Automated task management and case progression Real-time case visibility and prioritisation (Maximum one page) 3. Records Management, Data Handling and Reporting Describe your system's capability to: Maintain secure, structured clinical records Retrieve and export records in a user-friendly format Provide standard dashboards and management information Enable analysis and insight without manual data manipulation (Maximum one page) 4. Integration, Architecture and Access Provide a high-level overview of: Deployment type (SaaS, PaaS or on-premise), including hosting location if SaaS Integration capability with HR or enterprise systems, including APIs Ability to support real-time or near real-time data integration Support for Single Sign-On (SSO) (Maximum one page) 5. Security and Compliance Confirm whether the solution: Is compliant with UK GDPR Supports role-based access control and full audit logging Holds, or is working towards, Cyber Essentials Plus and/or ISO 27001 Please also describe your Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery approach, including how service continuity is maintained in the event of a system outage. (Maximum one page) 6.
