This procurement is for the design, supply, installation, commission and ongoing service operation of a Real Time Control (RTC) System, providing process management to deliver defined benefits as evidenced by the Key Performance Indicators, whilst simultaneously meeting minimum returns on investment. The performance improvements are to be measured under trial using a selection of qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators. Principally however, NI Water seeks to reduce energy consumption, carbon footprint, whilst simultaneously improving reliability and resilience.
