Published requirement descriptionThis contract is for the provision of Business Design, Business Change and Training Services to support a Technology Replacement Programme within the Public Sector. The aim of this programme is to replace outdated technology systems with modern, efficient solutions that enhance user experience, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

- How the procedure runs: It is intended that the procurement process will be run across two stages: Stage 1 - Invitation to Participate (ITP) Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender (ITT) Following evaluation of Stage 1 ITP suppliers will be shortlisted to the four highest bidders per lot to take through to the second stage (ITT). The MPS reserve the right to add additional stages to the Competitive Flexible Procedure if deemed necessary.
