Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (Lead Commissioner) and NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board (Associate Commissioner) are exploring options on how to re-commission Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS). The potential service(s) may be split into lots with a proposal for Lot 1 to focus on Operational including discharges, transfers, outpatients, admissions, etc. and Lot 2 for the Booking and Co-ordination Call Centre. The start date for this service is 01 April 2025. To assist in the exploratory exercise the Commissioner is seeking to engage with suitably qualified providers to help inform their next steps and to complete a market engagement questionnaire with the aim of: • Engaging with providers • Understanding the interest there might be in providing such services from suitably qualified providers. • Informing the commissioning process • Gathering information from stakeholders that may be used to shape a commissioning / procurement process and documentation. Providers who do not respond to the market engagement questionnaire will still be able to apply for the procurement in the future. Please note that this market engagement does not represent a formal stage in the procurement and participation will play no part in any subsequent evaluation process.
