Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council (the 'Council') are inviting Contractors to submit a tender for the Design and Build of the new Bramcote Leisure Centre, Derby Road, Bramcote, Nottingham, NG9 3GF following the PQQ process undertaken by ReCreation.

The building has become uneconomical to operate and maintain in its current form and the Local Authority have taken the decision to re-provide the Leisure Centre Facilities on the existing site, whilst always keeping the leisure offer operational until the new centre is opened.
