To measure the financial risk the Authority will assess:
If income exceeds expenditure, score = Pass (based on audited accounts* for the last 2 years)
If the Current Ratio = Current Assets/Current Liabilities is more than 1, score = Pass (based on audited accounts* for the last 2 years)
