Who may buy through it

As per the ITT Statement of Requirements Framework Participants

Published description of the framework

This framework agreement is divided into 2 lots, with a single supplier appointed to each lot.

As only one supplier is appointed per lot, all call-off contracts under each lot will be awarded directly to the appointed supplier without further competition.

Call-off contracts may be awarded throughout the duration of the framework for the provision of the goods specified within the relevant lot.

The framework will operate for a 3 year term with an optional 12 month extension, during which time the appointed supplier for each lot will be the sole provider for that lot.

Lots and requirements (2)Procurement structure

2 lots · all with a published value · same evaluation weights on every lot

Every one of these 2 lots carries the same published figure, £2,000,000: it is the framework's maximum for the whole notice, not each lot's own budget, and no share per lot is published. The cards below say ceiling above rather than repeat it.

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “BLC0275: Framework for the Provision of Softshell Jackets and…” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract, and call-offs are awarded directly: getting appointed is the whole game.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
