Birmingham Metropolitan College (BMET) is a college offering a wide range of courses for people of all ages across seven campuses in Birmingham. The College are seeking a cleaning contractor to provide cleaning services at five of their campuses:

Matthew Boulton Campus, Jennens Road, Birmingham B4 7PS.
Sutton Coldfield Campus, 34 Lichfield Rd, Sutton Coldfield B74 2NW
James Watt College, Aldridge Rd, Great Barr, B44 8NE
Erdington Skills Centre, Edwards Rd, Birmingham B24 9EW
Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Westbourne Rd, Birmingham B15 3TR

The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from Monday 1st October 2022 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators from day one of the contract.
