Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Bi-Borough (Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea) is looking to pilot a personalised recovery-based service, with limited engagement, which prepares service users for independence and enable them to access mainstream services. The service will reduce the need for further input from mental health services, prevent additional admissions and reduce delayed discharges. The service will work with a wide range of people including those who may be experiencing their first encounter with mental health issues, those who may need support with discharge and those who need support to prevent early relapse. Reablement services are not likely to require CQC registration as will do not deliver any personal care. Support interventions will focus on motivating users to build their skills, confidence, and resilience to maximise their independence and autonomy. The Bi Borough is committed to working with the marketplace to maximise the commissioning opportunities to be gained and to understand the current market position. We are keen to hear your views and utilise your expertise to commission a high-quality service. We would like to invite interested providers to further participate by attending a Market Engagement Event 10:30am - 12:00pm noon on Thursday 5th August 2021. The market engagement event will provide an opportunity to discuss proposed pilot and expectations around service delivery. We are particularly interested in working with Commercial, SMEs, Voluntary and Community Sector organisations, new and existing, that can explore and create new approaches to improve the needs of residents. Providers with experience of these types of services are invited to attend a supplier engagement event on. Kindly register your expression of interest via our e-tendering portal; www.capitalesourcing.com and search for the following reference: prj_WCC_19198 - Bi-Borough Mental Health Reablement Service (MHRS) Pilot by 29th July 2021, providing the names and contact details of each delegate attending from your organisation. Further information in regards to time and joining the session will be made available to registered delegates via the e-tendering portal. Participation in this market engagement activity does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for the Council and the Council is not bound to accept any proposals offered. Additional information: This tendering exercise will be undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'capitalEsourcing' (www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to express their interest in the market engagement event and participate in the following competitive exercise, please note registration is free.
