The Service will promote the physical and mental wellbeing of People, ensuring they stay safe from harm and live healthier lifestyles as well as enabling them to maintain settled accommodation • Declutter Service. This service will be required when a property is deemed as unsafe due to Hoarding. The property will be restored to a standard that promotes safety, health and wellbeing, and prevents loss of accommodation and homelessness. This may also include the clearance of outside areas around the property, especially access routes. • Deep Clean Service. This service will deep clean a property that has become a risk to the health of the occupier(s). Any unsafe substances will be removed and the property cleaned to a high standard. • Regular Cleaning. This service will provide a regular, ongoing cleaning service over a longer period to People whose accommodation has previously become neglected. The service will help them to maintain clean, safe, settled accommodation and reduce the risk of homelessness or street-dwelling. These visits will be for a minimum of one hour and on most occasions will be for one hour only. • Ad-Hoc Cleaning This service will provide a high standard of cleaning on a 'one-off' basis as a way of restoring a Person's accommodation to a standard that promotes safety, health, and wellbeing.
