What is being bought
Direct Award Procurement of specialist consultancy services. This service will provide operational and analytical capacity to undertake a strategic review of the current Better Care Fund BCF programme. The term of the commission will be 52 weeks from the award date with the option of a further 26 weeks. The new agreement builds directly upon diagnostic findings, financial modelling, and service redesign work already completed by ARCC in 2025.
