Published requirement descriptionBetsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are seeking to appoint a primary contractor to undertake the construction of a nuclear medicine facility at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
- How the procedure runs: A tender pack is be issued under a competitive flexible procedure. Bidders will receive both the technical and commercial envelopes simultaneously at the start of the tender process. Technical responses must be returned within five weeks, and commercial responses within seven weeks. Following the return of technical responses, interviews will not be directly scored but may be used to clarify or revise technical scores. There will be no elimination or shortlisting for the commercial/interview stages based on the technical submissions.
