The supplier must be able to offer a complete advertising banner solution, to include sales, design, administration, print and installation & changeover.\nThe current value is c£200,000 per annum which is based on 90 lamp posts and for evaluation purposes, the award criteria will be based on 90 sites. However, the intention is for the Council to introduce further banner sites during the contract term and the value is expected to increase to c£300,000 per annum.",
