What is being bought

Published requirement description

The renewal of a Streetwave system for a period of 12 months to provide mobile network coverage intelligence, that will better inform and enable Caerphilly CBC to continue helping residents, staff and businesses to choose the best mobile networks to keep them connected across our borough. The justification for direct award is due to the data being gathered and held by Streetwave as the initial provider of the service. This data will be republished both internally and externally, no other organisation can provide this service as they do not have access to the data.
