The scope of this tender is the procurement of a supplier (s) to provide a full range of asbestos consultancy services to SHA in order for SHA to manage the risk from asbestos in its property stock.

All services will comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020 & ISO/IEC 17025 and all relevant HSE guidance, ACOPs and CAR 2012 legislation. The surveys will include MA and PAS scoring and the surveys conducted in line with HSG 264: Asbestos: The Survey Guide. All analyst work undertake will be in line with HSG248 second edition
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
