Lot distribution rule: Providers are able to bid for one Lot or both Lots. However, the same Provider cannot be awarded a position on both Frameworks. Therefore, in the event a Provider does supply a Tender return for both Lots and is in contention to be awarded a position on each Framework, Gentoo will make an offer to that Provider prior to award to discuss which Framework they would prefer to hold a position.
