Deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12:00 on Friday 14th March 2025.Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.

- Review procedure
The Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the Contract is communicated to tenderers. Applicants who are unsuccessful shall be informed by the Contracting Authority as soon as possible after the decision has been made as to the reasons why the Applicant was unsuccessful. Applicants may seek further clarification from the Contracting Authority following receipt of this information and the Contracting Authority will provide further clarification as appropriate. If any clarification regarding the award of the Contract has not been successfully resolved, an Applicant can consider its option under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Applicants would need to obtain their own legal advice.
Publisher note: The Council has made a decision to discontinue the procurement relating to Asbestos Management (2024-091D) in which there had been a call for competition following issue of ITT by the Council on 13 February 2025. The Council has made this decision with a view to providing these services in-house, taking into consideration the introduction of consumer standards and changes in the regulatory environment. This notice is issued pursuant to paragraph 3.11 of the said ITT which states that the Council may withdraw the invitation to tender at any time, and also pursuant to Regulation 55 (1) (b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended and takes effect today, 10th March 2025.
