Arc116 - Lifts and Hoists Servicing and Maintenance

Places of performance: UKF (East Midlands), UKE3 (South Yorkshire), although almost all work will take place within Nottinghamshire. Arc Partnership require a Bidder to provide Lifts and Hoists, repairs, servicing, and maintenance at various locations across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire, at its client’s properties. Arc require a single supplier for a seamless delivery, and the main elements covered by this Contract will be:  Servicing of Goods and Passenger Lifts to an identified service schedule  Servicing of Personal DDA fixed Hoists, and Hydraulic baby changing lifts to an identified service schedule.  Emergency Breakdown response (Autodial)— 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  General repairs and maintenance associated with the above. The contract will be for an initial 2-year period with the option to extend for a further four 1-year periods (2+1+1+1+1) at the discretion of Arc Partnership.
