Published requirement descriptionA four-year framework contract to deliver arboricultural maintenance, tree planting, and post-planting care across Hackney's streets, estates, parks, and cemeteries.
Due to the system limitations the correct dates were not permitted by the system because this procurement was conducted in the past. - How the procedure runs: This procurement follows a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. Stage 1 comprises a Procurement Selection Questionnaire (PSQ) assessing eligibility, financial standing, and technical capacity. Suppliers who passed all PSQ Pass/Fail questions and are the top six suppliers scoring highest on the project-specific questions will be invited to Stage 2 – Invitation to Tender (ITT). The aim is to establish a multi-supplier framework for arboricultural maintenance and tree planting across Hackney, ensuring flexibility, resilience, and best value through a schedule of rates model.
