        "description": "The purpose of this RFI is to engage with the supply base and request information relating to the existing ATS solutions available in the market, specifically this RFI will look to address the following areas \n•\tIdentify the existing solutions available in the market and what companies' future  development road-maps look like to keep the ATS up to date with predicted changes in the recruitment landscape e.g. AI advancements, integrations with other platforms e.g. MS Teams etc \n•\tIdentify the functionality and capabilities of the software services available in the market together \t\twith integration capabilities with Oracle or other systems. \n•\tIdentify indicative costs of the software solutions available in the market \n•\tIdentify any additional capabilities that Network Rail may have not considered\n•\tUnderstand how the market supports client ATS development and technical management \n•\tUnderstand what customisation options are available.\n•\tEnsure suppliers who are interested in any potential future tender activity relating to this requirement are aware of the procurement platform that will be used, and provide them with the steps to complete qualification to this platform (should they not have already done so)\nThe responses to this Questionnaire will be reviewed to identify key market themes, to be shared internally with key stakeholders, to both further inform the sourcing strategy and subsequent procurement process should it be commenced. Insight from this exercise may also shape the service going forward. \n Information contained within this document which is related to an eventual sourcing activity is subject to change and is to be used for information purposes only.
