Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Authority) has awarded the provision for the delivery of the Community Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Recovery Service (known as Barnsley Recovery Steps) and the Multiple and Complex Needs Supported Accommodation Provision (25 years+).
