Coverage: 274 active published awards; 273 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The service will provide, through an integrated service model, a city-wide response for adults to all substance use disorders and any newly emerging substance use trends through the life of the contract. In addition, the successful bidder will be required to provide a range of interventions for individuals who’re involved in or at risk of entering the criminal justice system. The contract value is advertised at being between the lowest, being the value of the secured funding available for this commission, and the highest, being the value of all funding sources including where they are unsecured for the full contract term inclusive of the option to extend. Potential bidders should be aware that the contract value will be subject to ongoing receipt of external funding by the Council.
