The scope of the project is fully described in the drawings and schedules of works but in summary the scope is:\n•\tReplacement of defective lintels and associated works\n•\tProvide internal scaffolding, remove existing suspended ceilings to rooms 078 and 063  \n•\tProvide temporary support and replace defective timber lintels with concrete lintels.\n•\tProvide timber treatment to any remaining timber left insitu\n•\tHack off all defective plaster and replaster, redecorate to match existing \n•\tProvide external scaffolding, remove  all defective stonework above existing stone lintels, provide new cavity trays and reinstate existing stonework and make good on completion including repointing \n•\tTake out defective windows and replace like for like with mechanical operators to open windows in room 078\nKey Dates:\nConstruction Start:\n13/07/2026\nDuration:\n4 weeks",
