    The Council intends to undertake preliminary market engagement to help inform the proposed Passenger Transport Framework. The engagement will seek feedback from potential suppliers on the proposed scope, service requirements, market capacity, delivery model, mobilisation considerations and any more…potential barriers to participation. The council will hold a 30-minute virtual preliminary market engagement event on 28 September 2026 at 11:30am. For more information, please see document 2627-0143 Passenger Transport PME. A market engagement questionnaire will be issued alongside this public notice. Suppliers are invited to submit responses through the online questionnaire by 23:59 on 23 October 2026. The Council may review and follow up on responses during the engagement period. This Notice is for informational only and is not an invitation to tender. Participation in the engagement will not affect a supplier’s eligibility to participate in any future procurement. The Council may amend the proposed requirements following engagement. Its aim is to enhance transparency and competition for the upcoming tender notice. All details provided here may be updated or changed in the final tender notice.
