How bids were scored

The winning tender is the one which scores the greatest overall mark once the Price and Quality scores have been combined. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of Cost (60%) and Quality (40%) scorings values. Tenderers will be assessed on responses to the following quality questions. Each question will be scored out of 100%, then weighted according to the table below to contribute to the overall quality score. Price - 60% Price will be assessed based on the total cost submitted in the Pricing Schedule. The lowest priced compliant tender will receive the full 60% score, with higher-priced tenders scored proportionally.
