The contract to be procured is the Gas heating repair and maintenance 5-star contract and Renewable heating repair and maintenance 3-star contract for the Stonewater Southwest region following expiry of the existing contract by the incumbent service provider. Stonewater’s intention is to appoint a service provider for the Southwest Region to provide a 24-hour 7 days a week year-round fully comprehensive servicing, gas safety check, issuing of Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) and responsive repair service to all Stonewater properties.

This shall include all contracted and non-contracted properties as required. These may include, for example, newly built properties that remain within their developer defect period or homes that are added to Stonewater’s portfolio during the contract term. This includes, but is not limited to, systems which use gas, oil solid fuels or renewable technologies. The only exception being electrically heated homes, unless “wet” electrical flow boiler, such as Amptec and Electromax.

The Contract will be for an initial term of 3 years, extendable at the Client's sole option for a period of 1 year + 1 year, giving a total of 5 years] (the Term).

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
