A DPS can be considered as a procurement tool which compliantly connects suppliers with public sector organisations. There is no guarantee of work by virtue of being a supplier to a DPS, however being an appointed supplier increases opportunities within the public sector. YPO are keen to engage with suppliers in the market to support the development of our fully managed FM Services DPS and understand the importance of engaging with both users of the framework (public sector organisations) and suppliers to ensure this new DPS meets current and future market needs. In particular, YPO would like to receive feedback from customers and suppliers in respect of the following services: • Public sector customers including but not limited to local authority, emergency services, housing associations. • Providers of FM Services to the market • Any services considered additional to the above Please note, the above list is not exhaustive and we welcome feedback in respect of services relevant to the public sector, but not listed above. YPO are therefore looking for suppliers who would be interested in completing a short questionnaire and/or having a conversation with us. Please note that this information is being sought without prejudice and without commitment. Should YPO decide to take this project further, the completion of an RFI will not be part of that process nor will the information provided be used to determine the outcome of that process. Should YPO wish to proceed with any supplier, a formal procurement process will be followed in accordance with YPO’s contract procedure rules and relevant procurement regulations.
