What is being bought
YPO are looking for a Supplier to be appointed onto a single Supplier Framework Agreement for the supply of Health & Social Care Equipment & Associated services, to the public sector but predominantly Local Authorities and NHS. The framework agreement will cover the period from the 21 June 2021 to 20 June 2024. Please note that these dates are not definite and may change at YPOs sole discretion.
It is anticipated that this framework will be a single managed service prime Supplier with one Lot.
The reason for this PIN is to engage with suppliers within this market area to ensure the route to market that is put together meets our customers exact needs and requirements.
We are looking to shape this framework with the help of supplier engagement to ensure the framework can offer maximum coverage of goods and services.
YPO reserves the right to not commit to advertising this tender if we do so wish. Any information provided by suppliers prior to any advertising of the tender will not be used to determine the outcome of any processes. Should YPO wish to proceed further a formal procurement process will be followed in accordance with YPO's contract procedure rules and in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
