Probation Practitioners will be responsible for the overall management of the sentence, monitoring the compliance with Navigators and support agencies. The Probation Practitioner will create a plan that will take the adult through their sentence. The plan will be designed to address criminogenic and social factors that contribute to the dynamic risks that lead the person to commit offences. Community Navigators will be tasked with the practical work of motivating those who make up the cohort.
