Coverage: 5 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThe long-term availability of the property is yet to be decided. To minimise disruption to the service and the young people, carrying out a robust negotiation process as an interim measure was deemed as the most appropriate approach at this stage. The Young People's Pathway is currently being reviewed and it is anticipated that this contract, which is 30 months in duration, will provide sufficient time to address not only the property issue but also to agree the future of the pathway.
