Published requirement descriptionCurrently, the Youth Engagement Project has contracts in place for service delivery by specialist delivery partners and we aim to replicate this for the YFF – Randomised Control Trial which will be a new externally funded provision. The Youth Engagement project will support the control group participants of the YFF – Randomised Control Trail which has been awarded to Cornwall Council by the Youth Futures Foundation to offer a 15-month project aimed at offering Pre-Employment Vocational Training to individuals who are 16-24 and are NEET.
No preliminary market engagement: The Council has not engaged the market on this occasion due to the vast number of potential Providers already working with the Council in these areas. There are over 120 Providers on the Council’s Community Based Out of School Provision (Eotas) Approved Provider List, all of whom will be aware of the tender and deliver the more…
services we require as part of this tender, when it is advertised through formal channels, as will potential new Providers when the PA23 notices are published. The Specification will provide sufficient detail for the projects to be open, fair and transparent.
