Coverage: 38 active published awards; 4 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Council is seeking to commission a service provider to deliver a Resettlement Support Service for eligible Afghan refugees who are supported under the legacy Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP), the Afghan Citizen Resettlement Scheme (ACRS), and the current Afghan Resettlement Programme. The commissioned provider will be expected to deliver a comprehensive programme of support to enable individuals and families to settle successfully within the borough and begin to integrate into their local communities. This support is likely to include, but is not limited to: • Making initial reception and orientation arrangements for new arrivals. • Providing ongoing casework and practical support to individuals and families. • Assisting families with registration to key local services, such as healthcare, education, and welfare benefits. • Developing and delivering a tailored support plan based on each individual's or family's needs during their first 12 months in the UK. • Ensuring appropriate interpretation and translation services are available where required. • Providing continued support beyond the initial 12-month period where necessary, to help families achieve greater independence and successfully integrate into the local community. Walsall Council is keen to engage with experienced providers to better understand potential delivery models, innovative approaches to support provision, and the overall capacity within the market. Feedback received through this PME will help inform the Council's future commissioning approach and the development of the service specification and delivery model. Please note that this exercise does not form part of a formal procurement process and does not commit the Council to undertaking a procurement exercise at this stage. Any information provided by organisations will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be used solely to inform the Council's commissioning considerations. Information shared will not be disclosed to other organisations or potential bidders should a formal tender process take place in the future.
