What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe Council requires the provision of CCTV Monitoring Services which are carried out on a 24 hour, 365 days per year basis. The Services shall include (but will not be limited to)
- A CCTV monitoring service, with links to areas of West Northamptonshire and Wellingborough
- CCTV monitoring of certain retail parks and industrial sites
- CCTV monitoring of housing sites and other council properties
- Retail Radio and Pubwatch links
- Supporting the Emergency Planning of the Council.
- General monitoring of approximately 500 cameras
- Maintaining numerous radio links
- Fire alarm testing
- Liaison with outside bodies (e.g. Blue Light Services etc)
- Incident reporting
- Digital management
- Response to emergency call outs
- Providing intelligence logs to the Police
- Provision of statistical data in support of the service
- Receiving general enquiries from members of the public
- Liaison with other operators and camera engineers on a daily basis
