Cumbria County Council requires Contractors to carry out one or more specific gritting

routes in South Lakeland and Barrow. The Services and the gritting routes are as described in

the Specification. The Contractor will be responsible for providing the gritting services on

the route(s) awarded as and when notified for the whole winter period (to 30th April 2023).
