This procurement exercise is being conducted by the Welsh Government's Commercial Delivery Division (WGCD). The WGCD is acting on behalf of the Welsh public sector who wish to establish a collaborative framework agreement for Adverse Weather Forecasting Services. This framework will be replacing the current NPS All Wales Adverse Weather Forecasting Framework— NPS-CFM-0086-18 when it expires in September 2022.
