What is being bought
Forestry England is tendering for services to Westonbirt Arboretum for Traffic Management and Admissions Support. Westonbirt Arboretum, based in Tetbury Gloucestershire, is the National Arboretum and hosts multiple events across the calendar year, including Forest Live and Enchanted Christmas. The successful bidder will be expected to deliver all services detailed within the Specification document, while maintaining Forestry England's brand and reputation with it's visitors.     We will be awarding a contract for the provision of traffic management and admissions support at Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury, Gloucestershire, GL8 8QS. Our intention is to award this contract for a period of three years. There will be an option to extend the contract by up to two further years (3+1+1). Break points are also available within the contract at the end of each 12-month period, at which time we will decide whether the contract agreement will continue.
