- Economic & financial standing
Economic and Financial Standing will be assessed as a pass/fail at Stage 1 of tender evaluation. To progress to the next stage tenderers must commit to providing copies of their last 2 years of accounts upon request and confirm that their annual turnover exceeds £350,000.
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
